Worship With Us

Every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. experience the beauty of music, dynamic preaching, and a welcoming Christian community. Children are always welcome and can participate in Children’s Church during the service. A nursery is available for toddlers and babies. Our services often feature music contributions from various cultures, reflecting our diverse congregation.

Our congregation is a vibrant tapestry of cultures and nationalities. We come from many backgrounds and languages, and we celebrate this richness through multilingual worship services and inclusive community events.

Learning Opportunities

Central UMC is committed to the spiritual growth of all ages. We offer Sunday morning classes for adults, children, and youth,.as well as quarterly  Bible studies and membership classes to nurture faith and understanding. We also offer ESOL classes on Friday  10:00am until 12:00pm.. Additionally, we have a dual language pre-school housed in our facility.

Community Outreach

Our mission outreach extends throughout East Charlotte and beyond. We partner with organizations like the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) to address global needs. Locally, we operate food ministries such as Central Cares, Central Feeds. Our annual events  like the community carnival, and initiatives like the community garden, reflect our commitment to serving others.
